Junior DDQ Specialist H/F

MISSIONS

As a member of the Investment Specialist Group (ISG), you will be a key driver of Tikehau Capital's fundraising activity across the award-winning business lines of the firm: Private Debt, Real Assets, Tactical Strategies, Private Equity and Capital Markets Strategies.

As an Analyst you will be assigned to work with an Investment Specialist focused on fund projects for a specific asset class, which will accelerate your professional development and potential to expand your skills and experience across different assets classes over time.

Successful ISG Analysts have gone on to assume senior responsibilities within the team and other parts of the firm including portfolio management, business development and sales.

Main responsibilities
• You will be responsible for responding to Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) in relation to the firm and its fund activities, from existing and potential clients.
• You will also work on the production of marketing presentations and other materials related to new fund launches (teasers, pitch decks, private placement memorandums, standard due diligence questionnaires) and be responsible for updating and improving such materials during the fundraising process.
• You will be involved in the production of quarterly fund reports for investors, in collaboration with investment, fund operations and risk teams (including market updates, portfolio analytics, asset valuations and fund performance).
• You will be supported in the execution of your responsibilities by the oversight of the Investment Specialists and the digital DDQ Platform which has been developed in conjunction with the IT team and relevant stakeholders.
• These responsibilities will require substantial interaction with different teams within the firm, including investment teams, sales, fund operations, risk, ESG and legal and compliance, giving you unique insight into key elements of the asset management process.


PROFILE

• You hold a graduate or master's degree with a major in Finance (or relevant related discipline) from a business school or university and, ideally, have previous professional experience in a financial institution or in the consulting field.
• You have a keen interest in impact investing and a willingness to develop your understanding of ESG frameworks (E.g. UN Sustainable Development Goals, EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Activities etc.)
• You are committed, highly motivated, curious, and proactive.
• You have a well-structured and analytical mind and can present concepts and ideas clearly.
• The materials that you create will represent the most visible manifestation of who we are as a firm and what we do as an asset manager, to our existing and prospective clients - attention to detail, precision and accuracy are critical requirements of the role.
• PowerPoint and Excel are required, programming and data management beneficial.
• Bilingual verbal and written fluency in English is required
• Verbal and written fluency in French is also required
