My client, a well-established small Consultancy is looking for not only a Manager, but a Leader too. Someone to hire, onboard and then manage their own office of BW/BI Consultants, ABAP Developers and more. Generating new business with your own team, completing RFPs and getting hands on within the business. This is a great opportunity for the right person to work for a great company with excellent salary and bonuses where the sky is the limit.

We are looking for someone with:

• 5+ years work experience in SAP BI/BW environment

• 3+ years of Team Leading/Management experience

• Proven experience in building a team (preferably from scratch)

• Experience in completing, running and bidding for RFPs

• C1 Minimum German and English (both written and spoken, with the ability to sell in these languages)

• Insights into company processes (SD, logistics, FI, CO, etc.)

• Experience in multiple business environments and the ability to adapt

• The ability to not only manage, but also LEAD a team
