Application Development Manager (Data Application Development)

Responsibilities:
•Responsible for system design, development and support of the bank application systems, including web application systems and backend systems.
•Involve in system development lifecycle including design, development, testing, documentation and ongoing support.
•Troubleshoot problem and propose recommendation to resolve issue, and collaborate with developers and/or external parties to resolve technical issue.
•Work closely with business analysts and vendors through system development lifecycle
•Provide emergency system support and during non-office hours

Requirements:
•Bachelor degree or above with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
•At least 3 years of experience in application development and system support
•Minimum 2 years of experience in ETL development (e.g. IBM DataStage) and Oracle PL/SQL programming
•Experience in BI tool and report development, experience in Oracle Analytics Server and Hyperion is an advantage
•Good knowledge in Java, J2EE(JSP/ Servlet), Javascript, Linux script
•Hands-on experience in Oracle DB, DB2 DB and Sybase DB
•Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making, communication and negotiation skills
•Positive attitude, self-motivated, adaptive to changes and able to work under pressure
•Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
