Application Development Manager (Finance)

Responsibilities:
•Responsible for system design, development and support of the bank application systems, including web application systems and backend systems.
•Involve in system development lifecycle including design, development, testing, documentation and ongoing support.
•Troubleshoot problem and propose recommendation to resolve issue, and collaborate with developers and/or external parties to resolve technical issue.
•Work closely with business analysts and vendors through system development lifecycle
•Provide emergency system support and during non-office hours

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above with major in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years Oracle ERP software development experience using Oracle Development Tools, such as Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, etc.
• Strong experience with writing PL/SQL procedure package.
• Experience in Oracle ERP PO, AP, GL, FA modules would be an advantage.
• Some knowledge with Linux and shell script commend is a plus.
• A team player with strong organization and problem solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
• Good communication and writing skills in English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage.
