Key Areas of Responsibilities

Application support of Wealth Management and Brokerage business in both Hong Kong and Singapore office.
Business analysis and project management.
Collect user requirement, perform analysis and propose solution.
Liaise with vendor and in-house development team to implement IT solution.
Ensure software quality.
Support System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test.
Prepare technical documentation.

Requirements

Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline(s).
Minimum 3 years working experience.
Working experience in Brokerage and Wealth Management IT is an advantage.
Experience in Finance, Insurance, Banking will also be considered.
Hands-on experience with support of trading and settlement system of securities, futures and Options, bonds, mutual funds and structure products is an advantage.
Experience in SQL.
Knowledge in SAS is an advantage.
Self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision.
Good analytical and presentation skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Candidate with more experience will be considered for Senior Support Analyst.
