Assistant Accounting Manager - Global Retail Brand

Our client is a premium retail brand and manufacturer of skincare and cosmetics, usually could be found in high-end department stores. More recently, the brand has worked to increase market share in Asia. They are looking for high caliber to join their finance team. They provide a stable working environment and friendly team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer full cycle Accounts Payable (AP) , Accounting Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) process
- Review, verify and process all AP + AR invoices and check requests
- Assist in monthly bank reconciliation, weekly cash flow forecast
- Assist with monthly closing process and support the accounting team to meet deadlines
- Report to Financial Controller and lead a small team
Job Requirements:
- 6 years of accountant experience plus at least 1 year in managerial level, retail industry is a plus
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Senior Accountant
- Good communication and management skills
- Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese Detail minded, fast paced
- Familiar with WORKDAY is an asset
