Assistant Fund/ MPF Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing fund valuation report for MPF/ORSO schemes and private trusts
• Review fund valuation report of SFC authorized funds
• To liaise with external auditors and review interim/annual financial statements
• Prepare regulatory returns for MPF/ORSO schemes and SFC authorized funds
• Co-ordinate payment of funds’ fees and expenses
• Monitor investment restrictions compliance for MPF/ORSO schemes and SFC authorized funds
• Handle daily enquiries and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above, preferably major in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines; any relevant professional qualification would be advantageous
• Ideally 3-5 years' experience in fund accounting and/or fund operations in banking and financial services industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Knowledge of MPF investment regulations and SFC Code is an advantage
