Assistant Manager / Manager - Management Accounting, Finance

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare various management reports, group analysis reports and related details
• Partner with business unit, effectively communicate potential risks and support operation of business unit
• Compile business specific management accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet), collect business data (financial and non-financial related) of each department for performance assessment
• Collect and codify raw data (financial and non-financial related) for meaningful analytics, and ensure reported data is accurate and conforms to corporate requirements
• Prepare market benchmarking and trends at a monthly and quarterly basis
• Assist and work together with other team members in completing the annual budget process, regular tracker of performance, and prepare relevant reports and analysis
• Prepare PowerPoint slides in English and Chinese
• Handle ad hoc duties as required

Job Specification:

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in financial services industry
• Professional accountancy qualification such as HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in Chinese reports writing is required
• Knowledge in various financial instruments
• Independent, able to work under pressure and tight deadline, detail-oriented and goal-driven
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Word and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
