Responsibilities:
- Ensure AML compliance level with local rules and regulations as well as keeping abreast of company policies
- Handle and coordinate different tasks within the team to ensure effective implementation of daily work and procedures
- Comply with relevant government regulations and the Bank's internal guidelines and policies
- Assist managers by implement and complete work/project that assigned
- Supervise the operations to ensure efficiency as well as compliance with the Bank's policies
- Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by the management
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Banking and Finance or other related discipline;
- Experience in Banking field for 1 years or above, preferably in exposure to compliance area;
- Understanding on retail banking operations with knowledge of banking environment and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong;
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
