Responsibilities:
- To assist in general administrative duties for the Private Banking Department
- To provide high quality reception service, greet customers in professional manner
- To handle in-coming telephone calls, letters and faxes, monitor stationary and pantry supplies replenishment
- To maintain conference rooms bookings, arrange courier service, maintain log of courier deliveries
- To provide general clerical support in any ad hoc projects
- Secondary School or above
- Minimum 1 years' experience as receptionist in a sizable company
- A good team-player with strong communication, interpersonal and coordinating skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin preferred
- Proficient in PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese Word Processing
