An established securities and brokerage firm is adding an Associate to its Corporate Access team in Hong Kong. It is a great seat for someone who likes being in the middle of the action, bringing listed companies, industry experts and institutional investors together through the events and conversations that move markets.

About the opportunity

You will be the engine behind the firm’s investor engagement, setting up and running the meetings, roadshows, visits and calls that keep clients close to the companies they follow, in step with the equity sales, research and banking desks.

Your focus

• Coordinate analyst meetings, roadshows and expert calls from start to finish, owning every logistical detail

• Arrange on-site visits and due diligence sessions that give institutional investors direct access to management

• Work hand in hand with the equity sales, research and banking desks to bring the right people together

• Track and tidy the team’s corporate access activity so records and reporting stay current

• Lend a hand on ad-hoc projects and coordination whenever they crop up

What we’re after

• Educated to Master’s level in a field such as economics, finance, accounting or marketing

• Roughly three years spent in corporate access or investor relations, ideally at a respected financial institution

• Confident working in both English and Mandarin, spoken and written

• Superb organization and a genuine eye for detail

• A natural communicator who thrives in a team
