We are partnering with a leading insurance organization to hire an experienced Business Analyst to support large-scale transformation and change initiatives across the business. Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to understand business needs and processes.
• Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Work closely with business users, project managers, and technology teams to deliver project objectives.
• Support UAT planning, test execution, defect tracking, and implementation activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience within the insurance industry.
• Strong insurance domain knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
  • Digital Transformation
  • Insurance Operations
  • Core System
  • Pension
• Proven experience delivering business and system change projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT support.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
