Transformation and Management We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as
Business Transformation Manager under WPB Business Transformation and Management Team.
Principal responsibilities - Coordinate and drive cross-WPB transformation programmes/initiatives e.g. wealth, digital, technology, cost savings, automation and operational review, from strategies/initiatives formation to implementation/ and commercialization
- Provide PMO support to monitor, manage and govern the WPB transformation programmes/initiatives to drive the growth of the Bank's Wealth and Personal Banking business
- Be responsible for organizing respective management meeting including preparation of presentation materials, communication plans, business cases via coordination with respective key stakeholders
- Provide internal consultancy capability to identify opportunities in transformation and processes streamlining to support business growth, enhance customer experience, improve work efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare report and materials for Management Reporting, Governance Reporting and Group WPB oversight
- Conduct business researches and participate in ad hoc projects to explore new business opportunities
Requirements - University graduate in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Accounting or other relevant qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in project management
- Knowledge in WPB business will be an advantage
- Previous experience as a project leader in medium-to-large scale projects and/or PMO will be an advantage
- Being proactive, innovative, with good project management, communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Ability to adopt a growth mindset and proactively identify and bring about change opportunities
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
