CFO

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to drive the company's financial growth, stability, and profitability.
• Lead the HK-IPO project.
• Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the executive team to assess and drive the strategic direction of the company, advising on potential risks and opportunities.
• Manage and optimize capital structure, investment opportunities, and financing to support the company's growth and long-term financial health.
• Foster a culture of financial discipline, transparency, and accountability throughout the organization.

Requirements:

• At least 12 years experience from PE Investment/Investment Banking/Corporate CFO background
• Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and investor relations is highly desirable.
