Role Summary
The Chief Executive Officer will lead the strategic setup, daily operations, and long-term growth of a newly established Single Family Office in Hong Kong. Serving as a trusted strategic advisor to the Principal, the successful candidate will manage a substantial multi-asset portfolio while building an institutional-grade platform that balances global public market investments with a sophisticated corporate lending and private credit business.

This is a newly established Single Family Office based in Hong Kong, dedicated to comprehensive wealth management and capital preservation for the Principal. The organization will operate with institutional-grade standards across investment management, risk governance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive asset allocation strategies across global public equities, fixed income, and liquid macro funds
- Design and oversee the margin lending framework, including establishing Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios, haircut policies, and collateral eligibility criteria
- Establish the Hong Kong operational entity, build the core team, and select institutional vendors including custodian banks, legal counsel, and tax advisors
- Implement rigorous risk management frameworks and ensure full compliance with Hong Kong financial regulations
- Maintain seamless, high-touch communication with the Principal and ensure effective wealth governance
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of senior executive experience in roles such as CEO, Chief Investment Officer, or Managing Director within a prominent Family Office, Private Bank (Key Client/Lending division), Wealth Management firm, or Securities Brokerage
- Sharp understanding of liquidity management, global equity and fixed-income markets, and Hong Kong's financial ecosystem
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Law; CFA or FRM designations are highly valued
- Exceptional trilingual communication skills (fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and professional English) with high emotional intelligence and an absolute commitment to discretion and privacy
