Deputy Head of HR and Admin
Responsibilities
- Hands on taking full responsibility on all-rounded office administration activities such as office procurement, equipment maintenance, facilities management, office cleaning, contract negotiation & renewal, office renovation etc;
- Draft, review and implement office operation policies and procedures;
- Organizing staff events / parties / team building activities;
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines;
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience with financial institution, experience in handling operations matter in Mainland China will be in advantageous;
- Managerial experience is a must;
- Strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skills, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Fluency in Mandarin is a must; Strong in Chinese writing;
