3.协助中金财富集团获客业务场景流程梳理、项目管理及后续运营建设的工作安排;
Assist in the process arrangement of customer acquisition business, project management and subsequent operation construction;
4.配合总部完成各类合规、内审、预算等各类定期信息报备;
Cooperate with the headquarter to complete various regular information reports such as compliance, internal audit and budget;
5.团队其他日常各类运营支持工作。

Requirements:
1.本科及以上学历,金融、证券、经济、相关工作经验;
Bachelor degree or above, working experience in finance, securities, economics or related area;
2.理解证券行业的业务逻辑,具备业务敏感度,学习能力强,逻辑思维能力强可以将团队操作流程梳理落地;
Understand the business logic of the securities industry, have business sensitivity, strong learning ability, strong logical thinking ability, and be able to sort out the team operation process;
3.扎实的数据分析基础技能,包括但不限于excel、数据分析工具和可视化图表,熟悉常用数据统计和分析方法;
Solid skill in data analysis, including but not limited to Excel, data analysis tools and visual charts, familiar with common data statistics and analysis methods;
4.良好的沟通、统筹和协调能力,良好的跨部门协作能力。有团队合作精神,工作细心专注,认真负责。
