ESOP Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. 具备主动营销获客能力，有一定营销经验：按客户需求定期制定及持续改进股权激励服务方案包括拟上市和上市企业服务咨询方案和其他各类产品服务方案等；并协助团队为企业提供股权激励方面的咨询、统筹工作、建立最适合的股权激励解决方案，并撰写项目报告；

Own customer-acquire capabilities and marketing experience: regularly design and continuously improve the ESOP projects (including the service consulting program and other various product service programs of the companies to be listed and listed) according to the needs of corporate clients. Assist the team to provide consultation and overall planning on equity incentive for clients, establish the most suitable equity incentive solution, and write the project report;

2.与各地管理总部和内部不同部门对接，定期安排ESOP赋能业务宣讲活动，加强团队对市场品牌的影响力；

Connect with different regional sales headquarters and other internal departments, regularly arrange ESOP training activities, and strengthen the team's influence in the market;

3. 协助团队就股权激励跟进落实项目的实施及细节，沟通协调内外部机构推进项目实施，按时完成工作；

Assist the team to follow up the implementation and details of ESOP projects, communicate and coordinate with internal and external institutions to promote the project implementation, and complete the work on time;

4. 定期了解行业发展趋势及同业的市场策略，分析境内外股权激励市场及相关资料整理工作；

Regularly sort out the development trend of the industry and the market strategy of the peers, analyze the domestic and foreign ESOP market and relevant data collation;

5. 利用自身具备的渠道资源和市场经验，通过多种形式协助团队引如潜在目标项目；

Use own resources and market experience to help the team obtain potential target projects through various forms;

6. 团队其他需要支持工作。

To perform Ad-hoc work as required.

Requirements:

1. 国内外院校本科及以上学历，金融或IT相关专业优先；

Bachelor or above degree in finance, economics or related disciplines;

2. 对工作具有高度主动性和责任心，注重细节，有创造力，有团队合作精神；

Highly motivated and responsible for work, detail-oriented, creative and team player;

3. 3-5年投行、证券或金融科技领域工作经验，熟悉财富管理行业或了解最佳股权激励管理及交易系统优先；

3-5 years of work experience in investment banking, securities, or financial technology fields, familiarity with wealth management and ESOP are preferred;

4. 普通话和英语流利，良好的人际交往能力和沟通能力。
