Enterprise Architect

Role Description

• Shall perform the role of a trusted technology advisor / Enterprise solution architect
• Drive large transformation work across key clientele - Existing and new
• Be part of large transformation programs and specifically platform driven /enabled transformation programs
• Shape up the client thought process > evolve a conceptual solution > work with the eco-system and provide directions to the independent solution streams > stitch it together > iterate with the client and other technology architects deriving from a business need
• Technology architecture
• Component Architecture
• Application architecture
• Information Architecture
• Integration Architecture
• HW Architecture
• Network, Hosting Architecture
• Deployment / Cloud Architecture
• Be integral part of pursuits with the Service line sales / Pursuit leader /Client Partner and Account Manager community along with the deal team which may comprise of other architects
• Once sale is completed, the role May sometimes transition in to delivering the solution that has been sold and continue to be the trusted advisor to the client
• The role will be measured on the following KRAs
• TCV influenced
• Net new revenue influenced
• CXO Relationship index in the target market
• CSAT on programs being run
• Net influence in building transformational program solutioning, and management capabilities
