Equity Capital Market

Responsibilities

Participate in ECM deal executions and support deal sourcing 
Engage different working teams in executing IPOs, RFPs, block trades and underwriting commitments
Initial non-deal or deal company roadshows as part of the equity syndicate process
Liaise with internal counterparties where necessary

Requirements

Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Laws or related disciplines
1-5 years of ECM experience in investment banks
Solid understanding and knowledge of equity capital markets
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must
