Equity Capital Markets - Vice President

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing and providing guidance to the deal team on issues related to capital market
• Originate and generate business mandates
• Liaise with IBD and Sales to ensure successful execution of transactions
• Liaise with external parties (ibanks, lawyers) to ensure the overall success of transactions

Job Specification

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or other relevant majors
• More than 7 years of relevant experience in the industry

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships
• Ambitious and motivated to contribute to a growing investment banking environment
• Proactive in taking responsibilities and able to multi-task
