Equity Sales / Equity Sales Trading; Senior Assoicate to Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Coverage of institutional clients for both equity cash and derivative products
• Interaction with global trading and research franchises as well as equity capital market team.
• Manage and develop client relationships and understand relevant new business ideas.
• Work with trading and structuring on a wide array of derivative and custom solutions, managing internal workflow post-trade with Operations and Credit.
• Coverage will be across all major institutional client types with a focus on hedge funds and clients who need equity derivatives ideas and resources.

Qualification:

• Bachelor with major in business administration or related academic discipline is preferred but not a must
• Work experience of at least 3 years in investment banking or related fields
• Be a strong team player
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Good command in Mandarin and English (written, and verbal)
