Facilities and Office Administrator

Overview

This is one of the well-known foreign banks in Hong Kong with strong present at corporate banking around the globe. They are looking for a Facilities and Office Administrator with experience in general office administration to join their Administration team.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage security system operation such as CCTV and checking applications for access cards
• Keep office area clean and tidy, maintain a safe and secure working environment
• Perform wide range of Office Administration work including Expatriate housing administration, Dealing and IP Phone systems, office supplies stock management and control
• Provide administrative and operational support to other Affiliated companies and Branches as needed
• Manage office equipment contract and monitor the contract renewal schedule
• Perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Associate Degree or above in related discipline;
• At least 3 years' related experience in Facility Management or office administration
• Experience in working with junior colleagues and provide necessary direction
• Willing to work overtime and on shift duty
• Willing to support ad hoc duties
• Hands on experience in Microsoft office, such as Access, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese.
