Finance Transformation Senior Manager/Director (CFO Advisory)

Job Scope

• Develop company’s finance strategy, improve finance process
• Conduct implementation of accounting standards, GAAP conversions and M&A transaction advisory
• Implement finance systems changes specifically in cloud-based technology solutions
• Conduct process redesign and process enhancement
• Conduct Organizational change e.g. design and implement a Shared Service Center, Center of Excellence
• Presented analysis to build case for a Center of Excellence directly to the Executive Board (CEO, CFO and Group President)
• Provide accounting advisory on re organization and accounting standard
• Facilitate UAT process on newly implemented financial systems

Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Finance ,Accounting or Information systems with 6-10 years relevant working experience
• Candidate with CPA or CFA qualification is highly preferred
• Experience in management consulting is a plus
• Excellent leadership and track records in project management , process improvement
• Familiar with Oracle, SAP is a plus
• Strong in finance process redesign and enhancement
• Strong stake holder management and business acumen
