Role Overview

We are seeking a Mid to Senior Flutter Mobile Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience and exceptional technical expertise to join our engineering team in a fully remote setup. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, takes full ownership of complex features, and possesses fluent English communication skills to collaborate effectively in an agile, distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Mobile Engineering: Architect, build, and maintain high-quality cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart.
• UI Execution: Transform complex Figma/Adobe XD designs into smooth, responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces and custom animations.
• Architecture & State Management: Implement robust, maintainable architecture using standard Flutter state management patterns (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod, Provider).
• API & System Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, local databases, and third-party SDKs seamlessly into mobile apps.
• Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and UI frame drops to deliver a fluid 60 FPS user experience.
• Quality & Testing: Write unit, widget, and integration tests to maintain high code coverage and prevent regressions.
• App Store Management: Prepare, build, and release apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including managing production deployments and CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Technical Collaboration: Actively participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical scoping while communicating ideas clearly in English.

Key Requirements

• Professional Experience: 3-5 years of commercial mobile app development experience, with a heavy hands-on focus on Flutter & Dart.
• Communication: Fluent written and spoken English with strong verbal articulation for remote standups, technical discussions, and documentation.
• Technical Depth: Deep understanding of object-oriented design, async programming, data structures, and Flutter platform internals.
• Published Applications: Proven track record with apps live on the App Store or Google Play Store.
• Native Bridges: Experience writing native code or interacting with native APIs via Flutter Platform Channels (Swift/Kotlin) is a plus.
• Version Control & DevOps: Advanced knowledge of Git, branching models, and mobile CI/CD workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions, Codemagic, Fastlane).
• Remote Competency: High self-motivation, independence, and strong time management skills in a 100% remote working environment.
