Role Summary

We are seeking a Fund Operations Manager for our client, a private credit firm in Hong Kong. The role is responsible for fund operations and ensuring seamless administration across their investment vehicles, primarily real estate.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily fund operations and coordinate with external fund administrators and service providers
2. Lead and mentor junior staff members, fostering professional development within the operations team
3. Oversee fund administration processes for offshore structures and ensure regulatory compliance
4. Manage relationships with fund admin vendors and service providers to ensure operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

1. 7–10 years of relevant fund operations experience
2. Bachelor's degree or above and a CPA qualification (or equivalent)
3. Demonstrated experience managing real estate investment funds operations
4. Extensive experience with offshore fund structures (BVI, Cayman Islands, and similar jurisdictions)
5. Proven track record of managing relationships with fund administration vendors or prior experience working within a fund administration firm
6. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior staff
7. Excellent vendor management and stakeholder communication skills
8. Fluency in English and Cantonese
