 Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform trade matching & arrange trade settlement for funds & discretionary accounts;
• Assist in the trade matching system implementation (Omgeo CTM/ In house system);
• Assist in delay trade settlement aging report & follow up with trade settlement;
• Perform holding / cash reconciliations;
• Perform daily cash forecast;
• Liaise with internal departments for fee analysis & arrange payment;
• Assist in account opening/ closure with counterparties for funds launch/termination;
• Provide secretarial support to the team;
• Perform ad hoc tasks in professional & timely manner;
• Require to work shift and holiday support.
• Assist in system development relating to trade matching and settlement.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience or big 4 experience;
• Professional education preferred (CFA or CPA);
• Knowledge of Bloomberg and Reuters;
• Proficiency in VBA, Python preferred.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• A strong team player;
• Prioritization and multi-tasking skills;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently;
• Immediately available will be an advantage;
