BUSINESS UNIT OVERVIEW Equity Operations is a key part of Global Banking & Markets Operations. The business encompasses post execution client services across Equities. The Client Integration Team supports the onboarding of new Equities clients globally and is focused on efficiency, good client experience and front to back straight through processing. The Client Integration Team is located in London, New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
RESPONSIBILITIES Goldman Sachs' number one business principle is that clients' interests always come first. Our experience shows that if we serve our clients well, our own success will follow. The key responsibility within the group is to work in partnership with other operations teams and Equities business to ensure that new clients are on-boarded accurately, and in a timely manner to achieve a good client experience. The role specifically will be to coordinate the onboarding configuration of new clients trading Equity products, and additionally enabling existing clients with new products and markets within Equities. It is also the responsibility of the team to proactively ensure any newly on-boarded clients have no issues after the trading commences. This will be done by monitoring the client's activity for a period of at least 30 days to ensure front to back straight through processing. This role will allow the candidate to liaise with multiple teams globally across operations, technology and business, and build a good understanding of front to back trade lifecycle for Equities.

Previous experience of securities products, or a client service related environment is preferable but not essential. The successful candidate will be helping the existing team support the new business and clients.
