Group Manager, Enterprise Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Support the effective implementation of the enterprise risk management framework and related policies
• Review existing practice and guidelines various affiliated business units  
• Ensure company compliance with the regulator’s group-wide supervision requirements and guidelines
• Prepare risk management reports, risk registers and emerging risk radars
• Evaluate emerging trends, procedures & methodologies in relation to risk management practices
• Assist local business units to comply with the group standards and practices
• Prepare conference materials for risk committees
• Arrange team meetings and workshops to support implementation of risk framework

Requirement

• Degree holder with 3-6 years of experience in risk management (i.e. ERM, Operational Risk etc ), preferably from the insurance industry
• Recognized qualifications in risk management, accounting, actuarial or finance
• Ability to support senior committee meetings
• Sound knowledge of regulations, rules, codes of conduct etc
