Drive IT strategy and digital initiatives to support business growth
Lead ERP systems and improve core processes across operations and finance
Deliver system integration and digital solutions to enable e-commerce and automation
Oversee IT operations, including infrastructure, cloud, and security
Partner with business leaders to turn requirements into practical solutions
Lead and develop the IT team while managing vendors

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in IT or related field with 10+ years' experience, including leadership
Proven exposure to APAC and global operations is essential.
Strong ERP and business systems expertise, ideally in trading or manufacturing
Experience in system integration, digital platforms, and process improvement
Exposure to CRM, e-commerce, and omnichannel capabilities
Solid knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data governance
Familiarity with AI or automation is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
