Key Responsibilities

1、Own the full‑lifecycle management of securities and futures products.

2、As the product owner, ensure user experience and continuously deliver product experiences benchmarked against industry‑leading standards.

3、Conduct ongoing market and product analysis to support business evaluation, forecast future trends, and identify potential opportunities within the securities product space.

4、Execute product business plans, track progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as required.

5、Collaborate cross‑functionally with stakeholders including technology, operations, compliance and digital teams to jointly plan and deliver products, and continuously optimise product offerings.

6、Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

1、University degree with a minimum of 5 years of product management experience within the financial services industry.

2、In‑depth understanding of trading businesses, with hands‑on operational or business implementation experience in derivatives, options and related products.

3、Deep comprehension of securities products, technical aspects and functionalities, together with sound knowledge of prevailing market trends.

4、Ability to articulate complex product information clearly and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

5、Detail‑oriented, with strong independent thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.

6、Holding SFC Type 1 and Type 2 licences is preferred.
