Coordinate with business users to drive the user requirement gathering process and translate business requirement into technical solutions.
Liaise among business unit and technical developers to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented.
Formulate test plans, conduct and coordinate the execution of user acceptance test.
Provide user support to resolve production incidents and enquiries.
Assist in project management and implementation.
Prepare system documentation such as business requirement documents, functional specifications, user manual, etc.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Information Technology, Business Administration, Risk Management, Accounting or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years business analysis or software development experience, preferably in banking or finance institution related industry
Good banking product knowledge
Sound knowledge and solid experience in managerial accounting, financial accounting, financial risk management or regulatory reporting would be an advantage
Strong presentation, organization and problem solving skills
Familiar with SQL, database and business intelligence tools is a plus
Experience in Oracle applications (OFSAA, OAS or eBiz) would be an advantage
Good communication and writing skills in English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
