We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to develop hands-on technical skills while providing day-to-day support for one of our most sizeable firms.

Your new role

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported incidents via ticketing systems, email, or in person
• Assist with user account management, including onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation

What you'll need to succeed

• 1 year of experience in IT Support or IT related duties
• Experience in upgrading Win10 to Win 11 is an ADVANTAGE
• Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English
