Intelligent Operation Platform Architect

Responsibilities

Oversee and be responsible to ensure BOCHK intelligent operation platform architectures support the digital transformation initiatives of BOCHK
Assess solution alternatives; define & design the best solution; and liaise with all parties concerned to drive for the implementation of relevant intelligent operation platform solutions for BOCHK
Assess solution alternatives; define and design the best solution; and liaise with all parties concerned to drive for the migration of relevant systems on to the implemented intelligent operation platform solutions
Liaise with all applicable parties concerned such as BOCHK senior management; and IT professionals; for the overall smooth and successful project implementations
Oversee and ensure that proper and effective communications be conducted to all parties concerned for the ultimate successful implementation of intelligent operation platform solutions for BOCHK
Provide thought leadership in intelligent operation platform solution arenas

Experience

Undergraduate degree in Information Technology or related discipline;
12+ years of experience in IT industry with which 6+ years in multiple end-to-end operation platform solutions
Solid understanding and project experience of Intelligent Operation platform related arenas, such as the following:
Digital operations
Operation intelligence
Operations management
Operations maintenance
AI aspects of intelligence operations
Solid knowledge and project experience in end-to-end aspects of operations across different heritage platform environments
Solid knowledge and project experience in end-to-end aspects of operations across private cloud and public cloud environments
Solid knowledge and project experience to cope with security aspects of intelligent operations platform architectures
Solid knowledge and project experience to cope with operational and management aspects of intelligent operations platform architectures
Knowledge of heritage banking system technical architecture is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, proficiency of Mandarin is a plus
Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
