Develop and maintain client base like large enterprises, state-owned & private companies etc;
Collaborate with existing sales team to expand and strengthen the relationships of overseas business units of SOE so as to fully cover all the concerned and needed businesses;
Execute trading instructions and financing projects, prepare investment proposal and other related materials;
Conduct sales functions and business of primary market bonds, IPOs, private placement, private bonds, convertible bonds and secondary market bonds;
Collaborate and cooperate with other team members to seek business solutions and business proposals;
Coach or train sales managers in bond and fixed income products;
Perform account opening and KYC related duties
Requirements:
5 years or above work experience in Corporate Sales or Relationship Management of Corporates including knowledge in Fixed Income or equity-linked products;
Possess qualification of Bachelor degree of above in Finance, preferably with trainer experience of young Sales Managers and with the in-depth knowledge in structured products and the associated product design capabilities;
Fluent Mandarin and English speaking and writing skills, preferably with understanding in Cantonese, with strong communication skills;
Possess certain amount of product design capabilities, better with comprehensive knowledge in fixed-income structured products, and strong numerical capacity;
Strong interpersonal skills and comprehensive customer base, with good handling of internal relations.
