Retail Distribution - Branch Resources Management Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 270 branches and service outlets, including around 60 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.
We are currently seeking high caliber professional to join our branch network as
Learning and Development Manager (Branch Resources). Principal responsibilities - Work closely with Line Managers and Subject Matter Experts to analyze staff learning needs, write up learning proposals, design and deliver learning solutions that help drive business results for WPB
- Collaborate with Group/Regional Learning teams, external vendors to implement and deliver learning products and services with agreed timeline and budget
- Deploy appropriate delivery channels for different learning solutions; support learners' change journey and measure the learning effectiveness
- Design and deliver appropriate learning interventions to WPB in line with priorities and plans set out by Senior Academy Learning Manager
- Enable bank's strategies, purpose and values through designing and delivering appropriate learning solutions
- Promote future skills development initiatives in WPB and across business and functions
Requirements - University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, AHKIB, CFMP etc. are an advantage
- Solid experience in learning or in the first line in banking, experience in learning design and delivery desirable
- Effective engagement with Customers / Stakeholders / Colleagues to influence and respond to their changing needs and priorities
- Demonstrate agile ways of working to operate in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrate complex problem solving and critical thinking with strong business focus
- Effective communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Has a great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service process
