Role Overview
The Regional Loyalty Project Manager will serve as the core functional bridge between business strategy, regional retail operations, and Digital Solutions (IT) to launch a new Loyalty Program across four North Asia markets.
Spanning both analytical logic (loyalty rules, tiering, economics) and retail operations (boutique processes, frontline enablement), this hands-on role owns end-to-end requirement design, Digital Solutions oversight, Business UAT execution, and regional market readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Definition & Process Design:
Translate commercial, client experience, and operational inputs into clear business requirements, detailed process maps, test scripts, and training assets.
Evaluate program design options, balance market constraints, and refine rules for tiering, badge triggers, and benefit entitlements.
Digital Solutions Interface & Delivery Oversight:
Serve as the sole business counterpart to Digital Solutions (DS) BAs for the loyalty engine and POS/boutique systems.
Brief technical teams on business intent, review solution specs, track build progress, and resolve feasibility trade-offs.
Business UAT & Launch Gate Validation:
Lead end-to-end Business UAT across loyalty engine mechanics, data flows, and client-facing touchpoints.
Manage defect logging, drive re-testing with DS, and compile market-by-market operational readiness evidence for final launch gates.
North Asia Market Alignment & Governance:
Consolidate input across 4 North Asia markets, standardize regional SOPs, coordinate boutique pilot tests, and manage local feedback loops.
Maintain workstream project plans, risk logs (RAID), dependencies, and progress reporting for regional governance forums.
Key Requirements
Experience: 5-8 years in project management, business analysis, CRM, or retail operations (loyalty, clienteling, digital/e-commerce).
Tech-to-Business Bridging: Proven track record acting as the business owner against technical delivery teams, including writing specs, holding IT accountable, and driving UAT.
Documentation Mastery: Exceptional discipline in creating precise, self-explanatory business requirements, workflows, and process docs (using Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio).
Retail & Analytical Dual-Focus: Comfort navigating both logic/rules engines (calculations, segmentation) and boutique/frontline operations.
Regional Scope: Experience delivering multi-market programs across diverse operating environments.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with luxury/premium retail, boutique operational processes, or clienteling platforms.
Hands-on familiarity with loyalty platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or POS systems.
