Wealth & Personal Banking (WPB) Chief of Staff Office We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as
Manager, Business Strategy.
Principal responsibilities - Assist to formulate WPB's medium term strategies across all WPB teams according to the Bank's strategic planning framework
- Research and produce management reports, presentations, paper and periodic updates for HASE WPB, EXCO and the Board
- Work in close collaboration with the HASE China business to identify and develop strategy to capture GBA & cross-boundary opportunities
- Manage and coordinate cross-WPB activities and facilitate cross-business collaborations
- Stay abreast of financial services market trends and developments to ensure HASE WPB sustain its leadership in retail banking and wealth management
- Support key activities of Chief of Staff office including scorecards and commentary on progress and performance for Head of WPB, and entity and group governance
Requirements - University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of retail banking experience
- Sound business acumen with long-term vision in driving the formulation of WPB strategies
- Excellent written communication skill with the ability to articulate conceptual ideas to a wide range of audience
- Good interpersonal & problem solving skills and the ability to drive a diverse group including internal and external partners
- Project management experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
- Committed, self-motivated and action-oriented personality with strong ownership to drive business performance
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
