Provide client services and promote securities services solutions to clients. Our services include but are not limited to local and cross-border custody, settlement, administration, clearing, corporate action, accounting and reporting of capital market instruments including equity, bond, securities fund, and other investment products.
Introduce securities services solutions to relationship managers of Treasury & Markets Group, Wholesales Banking Group and Personal Banking Group of the Bank as well as CNCB group and CITIC group entities to establish collaboration and develop client relationship for sales activities and opportunities.
Manage internal record and reporting of sales activities through methods such as call report and pipeline list.
Manage account opening, monitoring and documentation to ensure the compliance with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements.
Work with Product and Operation teams to handle client feedbacks, resolve client issues and improve client experience to enhance the quality of service delivery.
Escalate critical client issues and feedback to the management in a timely manner and follow through.
Keep abreast of the development of industry and market and share useful information with concerned parties.
Requirements
Degree holder in Business, Finance or related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in client service or middle office in custodian, trustee and asset management companies.
Customer centric, detail-minded and self-motivated.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
