Job Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects across multiple regions
• Manage application development, migration, and infrastructure initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Develop project plans, timelines, and governance frameworks
• Oversee budget control, cost optimisation, and financial tracking
• Engage senior stakeholders to align delivery with business objectives
• Handle vendor selection, procurement, and contract negotiations (RFI/RFQ/RFP)
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements
• Review project deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Provide strategic guidance and oversight to project managers
• Support solution validation and cost accuracy with engagement teams
• Ensure consistent implementation of project management methodologies

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience managing complex IT or infrastructure projects
• Strong background in application delivery, migration, or transformation
• Experience working across regions and managing cross-functional teams
• Solid stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership engagement
• Expertise in vendor management and procurement processes
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance frameworks
• Strong financial management and budgeting capabilities
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
• Familiarity with structured project methodologies (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
