Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and greet visitors & clients
- Support on general office administration duties
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors
- Working location: Central
- Shift times: 8:30 -18:00 / 9:00 - 18:30
- HKDSE or above
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Experiences in phone calls handing, greeting visitors and clients
- Able to assist in daily office administration duties
- Cheerful, decent with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Familiar with MS Word/Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is preferred
