Our client, a top-tier global life insurance company, is hiring a Regional AI Enablement Manager to translate global AI strategy into local Asia execution. Bridging global frameworks with local business units (LBUs), this role drives enterprise tool adoption through a mix of strategic leadership, hands-on change management, and targeted value creation across insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead regional AI adoption across Asia business units (BUs) and drive strategic enterprise projects. Proactively navigate organizational roadblocks and push initiatives forward through operational challenges.
2. Bridge the gap between global AI frameworks and LBUs, adapting and localizing regional initiatives to fit local market needs and insurance workflows.
3. Drive end-to-end enablement activities to build literacy, confidence, and sustained usage for internal enterprise AI tools and Microsoft AI products (e.g., M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio). Manage program timelines, event logistics, and office-hour sessions across Asia.
4. Maintain and continuously improve regional AI adoption playbooks, market planning templates, activation toolkits, communication packs, and reusable change assets.
5. Support readiness and change impact assessments with local markets and functions to pinpoint adoption barriers, identify capability gaps, and execute required interventions.
6. Foster an AI-first culture of continuous learning by running the regional AI Community of Practice, organizing engagement events, and facilitating cross-market knowledge exchange and best-practice sharing.
7. Oversee product ownership and delivery while tracking training, engagement, and adoption metrics to convert usage data into practical business insights and tangible ROI.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. 5+ years in digital transformation, AI enablement, change management, or product ownership within Financial Services, Insurance, or multinational matrixed environments.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
3. Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot rollouts and adoption frameworks (including M365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, or Copilot Studio).
4. Demonstrated success in conducting change impact assessments, developing activation toolkits, and leading Community of Practice initiatives across cross-border teams.
5. Solid grasp of AI productivity tools and an AI-first mindset to spot workflow opportunities and simplify user guidance.
6. Proven ability to track training, engagement, and change metrics, converting data into actionable business insights.
7. Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
