Relationship Manager-Retail Banking

Responsibilities

• Acquire, maintain and develop sustainable relationships with existing customers;
• Provide dedicated support to HNW customers by identifying their financial and other banking needs;
• Achieve the sales target assigned;
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that customer instructions are executed accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• University level education is an advantage preferably in finance, business 
• Qualified in IIQE I, II and III
• Qualified in HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8
• Minimum 1 year direct sales experience in banking industry
• Good knowledge of wealth management products, both investment and insurance
• Good understanding of branch services and operations
• Customer oriented with strong language skills and service mindset
