Our client is a prestigious hedge fund with a strong presence in APAC. Due to business expansion, they are currently seeking for a Securities Lending Trader to join their team in Hong Kong.

As part of the Securities Lending Team, you will liaise with prime brokers to manage short-side liquidity, to monitor and manage financing cost on cash and swap positions and pay-to-hold in APAC markets. You will assist the Portfolio Manager in their investment process through borrow color and analytical reports. You will work closely with the Compliance team in accordance with internal and external policies and regulations.

To qualify, you must have 5 - 8 years of sell-side client-facing experience or buyside with strong experience in facing Portfolio Managers. You should have a good knowledge of Asia Pacific stock markets and willing to generate idea for Portfolio Managers investment process. You should have excellent communications skills in English and Mandarin.
