HKMC Annuity Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited, is an authorized insurer to carry on long term insurance business and facilitate retirement financial planning through the provision of annuity products in Hong Kong.

Job Descriptions:

1. To handle customer enquiries regarding HKMCA’s products and services, and conduct post-sales follow-up calls in compliance with regulatory requirements;
2. To support customer service centres and manage written and email correspondence with respect to customer concerns and requests;
3. To deliver excellent end-to-end service with a customer-orientated mindset and respond to customer feedback in a professional and timely manner;
4. To propose appropriate solutions and alternatives to manage customer expectations, particularly in complex cases;
5. To meet and uphold departmental service standards and key performance indicators; and
6. To perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Tertiary educated or above with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in customer service and life insurance operations;
2. Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Paper 1 & 3 is a must. Other professional insurance qualification (e.g. FLMI or ACS) is an advantage;
3. Familiar with life insurance policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements;
4. Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
5. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
6. Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a timely manner; and
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.

(Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.)
