In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities - Act as Procurement Governance and Advisory role for Corporate Real Estate Strategy & Administration Department (CRESA)
- Develop sustainable procurement strategies; Conduct market and supplier research to support daily operations
- Pro-actively review and analyze procurement needs, and optimize internal control and procedure
- Support the adoption and roll out of Regional Contracts
- Support Vendor Due Diligence and Onboarding procedure, and vendors' performance review
- On-going review and maintenance of Contract templates with Legal and Group Procurement & Services Department
- Drive and develop procurement data analytics and dashboard for business insights and effective decision-making.
Requirement - Degree holders in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Engineering or related disciplines
- 8-10 years' relevant experience in sizable company over 1,000 staffs
- Good knowledge on procurement for Building Services, Office Renovation and project works
- Experience in Data Analytic tools, e.g. Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI will be advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Possess high level of integrity, work ethics and good moral values
- A good team player and able to work independently
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Rank.
