Senior Associate, Finance & Procurement, Technology & Operations

Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Act as Procurement Governance and Advisory role for Corporate Real Estate Strategy & Administration Department (CRESA)
• Develop sustainable procurement strategies; Conduct market and supplier research to support daily operations
• Pro-actively review and analyze procurement needs, and optimize internal control and procedure
• Support the adoption and roll out of Regional Contracts
• Support Vendor Due Diligence and Onboarding procedure, and vendors' performance review
• On-going review and maintenance of Contract templates with Legal and Group Procurement & Services Department
• Drive and develop procurement data analytics and dashboard for business insights and effective decision-making.

Requirement

• Degree holders in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Engineering or related disciplines
• 8-10 years' relevant experience in sizable company over 1,000 staffs
• Good knowledge on procurement for Building Services, Office Renovation and project works
• Experience in Data Analytic tools, e.g. Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI will be advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Possess high level of integrity, work ethics and good moral values
• A good team player and able to work independently
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Rank.
