Formulate and implement the entire Credit Card marketing and promotion strategies
Formulate and implement quality services planning for personal and corporate customers in order maintain efficient and high quality of customer services
Lead and prepare annual budget proposal, business strategies plan and marketing projects
Review accounting works and daily operations documentations
Report monthly business data and marketing analysis figures to the Division Head
Responsible for organizing new product development works
Prepare business data and related materials for system development and conduct UAT testing
Coordinate works and solve the card issuing problems with local agents
Maintain good relations with local agents and business partners
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above
At least 3 years supervisory and management working experience, with at least 2 years credit card management experience
Solid experience in credit card related workflow and regulations compliance
