Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and growth of the insurance business, identifying new opportunities and expanding market share in premium financing and related products.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain close collaborative relationships with insurance partners, brokers, and other ecosystem stakeholders.
• Leverage market expertise and insights to monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities; translate findings into actionable business strategies.
• Manage the P&L and develop sales strategies and channel for business growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, legal, operations, and sales teams to design, refine, and launch competitive solutions.
• Support client onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing service excellence for clients.
• Contribute to business planning, performance tracking, and reporting related to insurance and premium financing targets.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, risk standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Insurance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional insurance qualifications are advantageous.
• Solid experience in sales management or business development in insurance, premium financing, bancassurance, or related financial services (preferably within banking, fintech, or insurance distribution).
• Strong understanding of insurance products, premium financing structures, and the broader insurance market landscape.
• Proven ability to develop business, manage partner relationships, and deliver client solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn market insights into practical business recommendations.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) is preferred
