Responsibilities

- Assist in formulate departmental strategies and business plans to achieve the desired business goals of the department
- Coordinate and formulate, and track the KPI for the department and corresponding business units
- Design and formulate the KPI scorecard and sales target of frontline sales
- Design, formulate and implement the tactical and incentive scheme of frontline sales
- Provide periodical sales and the overall business performance analysis, identify business opportunities/ weakness, and recommend solutions to optimise the sales performance and business plans
- Develop MIS and drive business growth by providing analysis of result and reporting key metrics
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on development and implementation of system projects
- Degree or above with at least 3 year relevant experience in banking industry
- Strong financial and business analytical skills
- Excellent communications and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written. Fluent in Putonghua.
- Be self-motivated, energetic, creative and enthusiastic for new challenges
- Proficient in MS Office application (Excel VBA is a plus) and Chinese input method
