Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Coordinate with business users to drive the user requirement gathering process and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct and coordinate the execution of User Acceptance Test
- Prepare documentations such as business requirement document, UAT test plan, user manual etc.
- Act as the bridge between business users and development teams
- Provide user support to resolve production incidents and enquiries
- Take lead or assist in project management and implementation.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
- 5+ years relevant experience with proven track record in project management and business analysis
- Strong presentation, negotiation, organization and problem solving skills
- Knowledge in Retail Banking Investment, Wealth Management or Life Insurance would be an advantage
- Self-motivated and adaptive to changes
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
